BIG BANG

Thank you to our blog reader sister Radziah for her interesting question. She was asking about is it there are verses in Quranul Karim that tell about BIG BANG. For make this answer more clear We like to explained it in Malay Language.

Fitrah kejadian alam diciptakan berpasangan. Manusia dicipta lelaki dan perempuan manakala alam haiwan ada jantan dan betina. Begitu juga Nabi Adam ada Hawa.

Jika kita perhatikan ayat Al-Quran kita akan dapati manusia termasuk Hawa bermula daripada diri yang satu iaitu Nabi Adam seperti yang telah Allah nyatakan di dalam Surah An- Nisa' ayat 1. Malah langit yang menaungi kehidupan seisi alam dikatakan berpasangan dengan bumi. Tetapi pernahkah kita terfikir langit dan bumi pada asalnya juga bersatu? Dan perkara ini telah dinyatakan di dalam Surah Al-Anbiyaaa' ayat 30 maksudnya: "tidakkah org Kafir itu memikirkan dan mempercayai sesungguhnya langit dan bumi itu pada asal mulanya bercantum lalu Kami pisahkan kedua-duanya. Dan Kami jadikan drpd air tiap2 benda yang hidup, maka mengapa mereka tidak mahu beriman?"

Imam Qurtubi dalam Kitab al-Jamik Ahkamil Quran meriwayatkan:"Berkata Ibn Abbas, al-Hassan, 'Atha dan ad-Dahhak dan Qatadah, ayat ini bermaksud, langit dan bumi asalnya satu yang melekat lagi bercantum kemudian Allah pisahkan kedua-duanya.

Teori yg diterima umum mengenai asal kejadian alam adalah teori BIG BANG (letupan besar). Mengikut teori ini alam maya ini pada asalnya bercantum kemudian berlakulah letupan yg kuat sekitar 10 dan 20 billion tahun dahulu.

Teori ini asalnya diasaskan drpd formula General Theory of Relativity oleh

1. Albert Einstein thn 1915

2. Alexander Freidmann (pakar fizik Russia)thn 1922 mengembangkan formula ini

3. Edwin Hubble thn 1929 tokoh astronomi Amerika telah menemui bukti kukuh tentang BIG BANG.

Semua ini mengesahkn langit dan bumi pada satu masa dulu bercantum padu sebelum dipisahkan. Hakikat ini sudah ditegaskan Allah 1420 thn dulu disebabkan tahap kemampuan manusia yg terbatas kefahaman mengenainya mengambil masa.

The Quran on Mountains

God has said in the Quran:

Have We not made the earth as a bed, and the mountains as pegs? (Quran, 78:6-7)

Modern earth sciences have proven that mountains have deep roots under the surface of the ground and that these roots can reach several times their elevations above the surface of the ground. So the most suitable word to describe mountains on the basis of this information is the word ‘peg,’ since most of a properly set peg is hidden under the surface of the ground. The history of science tells us that the theory of mountains having deep roots was introduced only in the latter half of the nineteenth century.

Mountains also play an important role in stabilizing the crust of the earth. They hinder the shaking of the earth. God has said in the Quran:

And He has set firm mountains in the earth so that it would not shake with you... (Quran, 16:15)

Likewise, the modern theory of plate tectonics holds that mountains work as stabilizers for the earth. This knowledge about the role of mountains as stabilizers for the earth has just begun to be understood in the framework of plate tectonics since the late 1960’s.

Could anyone during the time of the Prophet Muhammad have known of the true shape of mountains? Could anyone imagine that the solid massive mountain which he sees before him actually extends deep into the earth and has a root, as scientists assert? A large number of books of geology, when discussing mountains, only describe that part which is above the surface of the earth. This is because these books were not written by specialists in geology. However, modern geology has confirmed the truth of the Quranic verses.

THE MOON'S ORBIT

And We have decreed set phases for the Moon, until it ends up looking like an old date branch. It is not for the Sun to overtake the Moon nor for the night to outstrip the day; each one is swimming in a sphere. (Qur'an, 36:39-40)

The Moon does not follow a regular orbit like the satellites of other planets. As it orbits the Earth, it sometimes moves behind it and sometimes in front. As it also moves with the Earth around the Sun, it actually follows a constant pattern resembling the letter "S" in space. This route, traced by the Moon in space, is described in the Qur'an as resembling an old date branch and does indeed resemble the twisted form of the date tree branch. Indeed, the word "urjoon" employed in the Qur'an refers to a thin and twisted date branch and is used to describe that part left after the fruit has been picked.

The way that this branch is described as "old" is also most appropriate since old date branches are thinner and more twisted.
There is no doubt that it was impossible for anyone to have any knowledge about the orbit of the Moon 1,400 years ago.

The way that this pattern, identified by modern technology and accumulated knowledge, was revealed in the Book is yet another scientific miracle of the Qur'an.

Hubungan antara Al- Quran dan Sains

Sains dan al-Quran tidak dapat dipisahkan.Akan tetapi Al-Quran adalah wahyu Allah. Al-Quran diturunkan sebagai petunjuk agar manusia dapat membezakan antara yang hak dengan yang batil. Walau bagaimanapun terdapat dalamnya ayat-ayat yang menceritakan tentang kejadian alam semesta serta fenomena-fenomena yang berkaitan dengannya.
